REFUND POLICY

- We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website for any product cancellation after the payment with the mode of payment. Refund will be processed within 48 hrs and takes 7-10 working days to credit the amount in the customer's bank account.
- OFFER PRODUCTS POLICY: We do not offer refunds or returns for offered products. Once you purchase an offered product, you are not eligible for a refund or return.
- FRESH PRODUCTS POLICY: Refunds and Returns; Fresh products are not eligible for refunds or returns once the order has been dispatched from our store. If you receive a fresh product with a quality issue, we will offer a replacement but no refund.
- Refunds are only available for products that have been consumed up to 30% or less. Products consumed beyond 30% are not eligible for a refund.
- To process a refund, customers must provide the product label with the brand logo for internal verification and batch quality assessment. If, after an internal investigation, the complaint is found to be invalid, the refund request will be disqualified and rejected.
- If the product is eligible for a refund, the customer must return the product with proper temperature maintenance while receiving the replacement or refund. Refunds or replacements will not be processed for products that show damage due to improper temperature maintenance, breakage from the customer's side, consumption exceeding 30%, or any other issues that do not meet our policy requirements.
